By downloading or using Adam Drama (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Adam Drama provides short-form video drama streaming, discovery, and related unlock features (including coins and, where available, rewarded ads). Features may vary by country and platform.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
You may start as a guest user tied to your device install. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in Profile → Privacy / Delete Account.
Coins, entitlements, and ad unlocks have no cash value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and may expire or change according to in-app rules. Purchases are subject to the platform store’s refund policies (Google Play / App Store).
Do not interfere with the Service, abuse advertising or reward systems, harass others, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Ads, analytics, and payment processors are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content will remain available in every region.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Drama is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
